Newegg has 5 now starting at $89 shipped
At this price why not get a 5670...maybe the dual slot cooler. Decisions, decisions...

I think the issues neilll refers to are the ones I reported regarding vector adaptive deinterlacing w/ AVIVO. It seems there was an error on the part of the anandtech reviewer becuase of a greater than standard HD resolution being used on the montitor used with the benchmarking. The HD 5450 seems to offer full avivo support at 1080P resolution or lower. See the retraction by the original reviewer here:

Thanks for that post, SmoothMole.
I've just had a quick read though it and now I'm starting to consider the 5450 again. I currently have a 4650 with a big, passive cooler sat inside a Shuttle case. The machine does nothing but act as a Media Centre and consequently a game will never go near it.
The only thing that concerns me with this or the 5570 would be its ability to handle the Album Art Wall in 1920x1080 resolution.
Has anyone picked up one of these cards yet and are using them in an HD resolution on W7?
Correct, it was the AVIVO stuff that you had spotted that I was referring to. This card looks like it might be a contender now
