Still having difficulty with "some" ATSC channels but not all?
If you are still having difficulty tuning some of your ATSC channels since the transition, please see this announcement to see if it may be the cause:

Re: Still having difficulty with "some" ATSC channels but not all?
Curious phenomenon...
I had to replace two of my cablecard tuners so after doing the hardware swap I reran TV Signal Setup. It went thru without a problem but once I was confirming that all 8 tuners were functioning (4 ATSC, 4 Cablecard and I was doing cablecard first), I noticed I couldn't get the ATSC channels that were affected by the digital transistion. They were 2.1, 7.1, 11.1 and 13.1. I had to redownload the guide in order to get them again.
It seems that whatever data is downloaded from TV Signal Setup is outdated until one downloads the latest guide.
My zip is 07014 but I would imagine anyone in the NYC/Tri-State area would be affected since most of us get most of the broadcast channels from the Empire State Building.
