Hi, I just moved all my home movies to wmc and all that is showing up is coloured boxes for thumbnails shown below.  How do I get thumbnails showing a still of the home movie same as in explorer??  Thank you.  Jen

It looks like you pointed your movie folder to your home movies?  I would delegate them to your videos rather than movies; you should then see thumbnails.

This suggestion is by far the easiest way. If you want to keep them listed in your "Movies" library you would have to have a seperate folder for each movie and do an appropriate screen capture of each movie, name it "folder.jpg" and put it in the folder fot that individual movie. That would produce a thumbnail as well, but it is a lot more work than simply putting them into your "Videos" library.
