I've been using my HTPC strictly for the last few months after I got rid of Directv. OTA HD has been great.
Hulu, Boxee and others have been really good for streaming shows. I was wondering if any of the providers are offering HD streaming other then Netflix?
It' seems like all the HULU/Boxee content is SD quality or worse.

The only free HD streaming I know of is CBS. You don't need that because you can get that OTA. Amazon streams movies and TV on a pay-per-view basis but only streams both in HD to certain streaming devices. You can stream pay-per-view television programs to a HTPC with Amazon. Other than that it's still pretty bare which is probably why Netflix has the appearance of being really successful. What I am really saying is that Netflix is doing great for themselves but streaming HD still isn't a big business especially in any subscription models. Q.
Yeah.. I use it mostly for checking out series that I didn't bother recording last year. I didn't realize CBS was HD. Is that CBS that is built-in to Media Center, or using some viewer directly from CBS' web-site.
Doesn't Blockbuster have a streaming app for WMC now?
