    This just started today. I tuned in to watch the NCAA tourney in HD, and got a message saying the channel was scrambled and I couldn't watch. It worked fine last night. Any thoughts? Rebooted Other HD channels work fine Cox Cable Oklahoma City Dell Studio with Hauppauge 2250 Windows 7 64 bit ClearQAM

    I've got Cox just outside New Orleans and am not seeing this at all.  Did you contact them and ask if they've made changes?  I've found Cox could care less about QAM and tries to mess things up on purpose but I have no proof at all.

    I agree with their lack of knowledge so I didn't even bother calling. Seems to have stopped though, so who knows what the problem was.
