I'm still picking it up as before. No change required. i am using dvbtvsource though so it always appeared as a seperate channel for me.

MC was picking up the new channel (10832 h 22000) on 27.03.10 at 11am ish, but something has changed since then and MC no longer picks anything up when you do a scan.

I assume itv have changed the vpid or something?

10832 H 22000 worked for me last week. Everything was fine.

Had to do a rescan for the digital switchover here in Wales and now no ITVHD

I do the single transponder scan with 10832 22000 H and all the lights come on to show that it's recieving a signal but it doesn't find the 2 channels like it did.

    Strange!!

Ok I think this is good news!!!

In media centre, check out channels 1835 and 1836.  listed respectively as 10000 & 10001

These both appear to be ITV HD.  This would explain no new channels found on 10832.

Just edit channel 1835 renumber to 119 or whatever you choose and rename to ITV HD.

    Works for me Cool

1835 is itv border in SD and 1836 is a music station

so not a fix for me

Have a look in your channel listings in the edit channels menu of the guide and look for channels 10000 &10001

    channels 10000 &10001   not found.

Had them before i did a rescan on 02/04/2010.

Now I'm kicking myself.  Purposefully didn't do a scan until it launched and it looks like I've missed the window.  Certainly no scan on 10832/22000/H brings back any channels.  Equally I don't have channels 1835/1836 to test.

Just thinking "outside the box" (God I hate that phrase), if other people have gotten the information from other applications, can we "poke" that into the media centre database somehow?

If we are all looking to get ITV-HD, then we are all likely to be in the UK, and all be scanning 28.2E set of satalites.

where does MC store the information for the channel list? is there a channel-list.dat file somewhere hidden in the filesystem that I can copy out with a full astra channel list that includes ITV-HD? then parhaps mod this file to the correct tuner that we have?

just thinking outside-of-the-box expanding on craighawker's post.
