i cant open any program in my laptop because of windows media centre. what should i do? is it i need to format all the programs back? please help me..

That's not much information to go on, and you've posted in the wrong forum. But go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows Feaures On or Off and have it uninstall Windows Media Center.

I don't understand your question. Tell us about your laptop (Operating system.. specs.. other programs that are already installed, etc). Tell us what happens when you try to 'run programs'.

Yes there is, you just have to expand the Media Features item.
