T500F Windows Media Center in Win7 64bit issue
Hi everybody! [SORRY, I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO MAKE "ENTER" TO HAVE THE NEXT LINE] My issue is connected with a lack of TV channels finding in Windows Media Center (Win7 Prof 64bit) while I can reach them all in Compro DTV 4 with no problem. I downloaded the newest software from Compro side and have the latest drivers and firmware for all my stuff: - mainboard (motherboard) Asus P5QL-E - RAM - 4 GB (4 x 1GB) - video - Gigabyte 9800 GT - sound - Realtek HD on the mainboard - Windows7 Professional 64bit ; As I have just mentioned with Compro DTV there is no problem - there are all the channels I have in my cable network (there is a round cable from the operator, which is divided into two ones - one for T500F tuner and the second for Motorola SURFboard SB5100E modem which then via RJ45 gives me the Net). With older Winfast PVR2000 there was no problem - I could use Media Center from the system (I had to change tv card due to a non-compatibility with Win7 64bit). Currently when I start to recognize the channels in MC, the applications finds an analog tuner but with no channels (btw, in Compro DTV there is mentioned a cable tuner). What could be a reason or what should I check additionally? I would appreciate any idea answer. The computer specification (taken from VideoMate ComproDTV 4 application - DTV control panel → Options → System devices → E-mail info): Video Device: VideoMate Hybrid A+DVB-T Capture Audio Device: Mikrofon (Realtek High Definition) sound card on the motherboard Asus P5QL-E - TV Mixer: Głośność główna - Record Mixer: - PCI Audio Enabled OS: Windows 7 (build 7600) Professional 64bit OS Default Country: Poland DirectX version: DirectX 10.0 or better installed VGA: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT , using EVR mode Acceleration: without Dxva mode VideoMate TV Hybrid: 1, 3, 8, 7 ComproDTV 4 Version: 4, 5, 6, 8 Analog TV Settings: Country/Standard: Poland - PAL_D Format: MPEG - II / 720 * 480 Quality: VBR = 6400 kbps / ABR = 224 kbps / AFreq = 48 KHz Framerate: 29.97 fps Performance: Exceptional Save Path: C:\Users\Grzegorz\Documents\ Free Disk Space: 408296 MB, NTFS ******************************************** Compro MPEG Encoder (for 2.x) Unknow=> 0 Compro MPEG Muxer (for 2.x) 1.0.1.116=> 1 Compro Audio Decoder (for 2.x) Unknow=> 0 Compro Video Decoder (for 2.x) 1.0.0.74=> 1 Compro MPEG-II Splitter (for 2.x) 1.0.0.90=> 1 Compro Scale Filter 1.3.0.3=> 1 Compro Dump Filter (TS) 2.1.0.2=> 1 Compro Source Filter (TS) 1.1.2.0=> 1 Compro MPEG2 Splitter 1.0.4.1=> 1 Compro Transform Filter 1.0.1.6=> 1 TSTransform 1.0.0.2=> 1 Compro Video Decoder 1.6.1.1=> 1 Compro Audio Decoder 1.3.0.8=> 1 Compro PSI Parser 1.1.2.3=> 1 Compro Stream Filter 1.0.0.0=> 1 Compro SnapShot 2.0.1.2=> 1 Compro Infinite Tee Filter 2.0.0.1=> 1 VampDeviceEnum Class Unknow=> 0 ******************************************** With best regards Grzegorz (Greg)
