Quick history: I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit running and Media Center seems to be running fine over Xbox 360 extender. I ripped a DVD to my computer (dvd video_ts files) and shared the folder with Media Center. On the computer, I can watch the DVD from the Movies folder fine, but the Xbox 360 cannot see any content in the Movies folder. Not sure why the Xbox 360 could not see files in this folder, so I looked around a bit and installed the latest version of Media Browser tonight. I added the folder to Media Browser and my PC can play it fine. However, I see the file over Media Browser on the Xbox 360 but when I go to play the file, Media Center informs me that I am missing a file to play the video and I should restart Media Center or the computer and try again. I restarted the computer and Xbox 360 and nothing changed.Any advice?I wanted to just use Media Center and the Movies folder without Media Browser but the video_ts files would not even show up on the Xbox 360 in this fashion.
Have a look at transcode 360, the xbox doesnt play ts files natively.

From what I understand, transcode 360 is very CPU demanding.
My latest update: I made a movie into a single vob file with a DVD Shrink option and my xbox 360 sees it fine over the network in the Movies folder. However, Media Browser does not read it. In the Movies section, i can watch the movie, pause it, and skip forward 30 seconds and back 15 seconds, yet regular Rewind and Fast Forward do not work. Any fix for this?
