Hey, I have a Z558 and have been having problems playing .mkv files that are 1080P. I get terrible artifacting and lag, and the computer jams up quite a bit. What should I do? Add ram? I'm not sure how to deal with the issue. The system is dead stock minus a 1TB personal media drive. The files are not on the media drive.
