Check it out people, over at http://zunetvwatcher.jconserv.net you can now download ZuneTvWatcher.  ZuneTvWatcher will automatically monitor your recorded Tv folder and convert your TV shows into the zune format for syncing with the metadata to have the Tv shows show up as "TV shows" on your zune (check out the screenshot on the forum above).  Also, ZuneTvWatcher will also delete shows off your Zune when Media Center deletes a show.
