equallywrong:Thanks for the info. However, was it necessary to link directly to the file. Linking to the website, then allowing navigation to the file would be more appropriate. I never download direct links.
DirtJeans:Is this MCE 2005 only, or does it work with Vista, too?
Asadd:I get a debug error and it just spins if i decline to debug.... Cant wait for you to fine tune it some more.
Installs OK on vista but keeps spinning without end. Can someone help port this to Vista? I loved Netflix and now i really love blockbuster. Thanks for the app.
TheEndless: DirtJeans:Is this MCE 2005 only, or does it work with Vista, too? It's designed for MCE 2005. Unfortunately, I don't have a Vista MCE box set up here to test it on, but (aside from any installation anomalies) I don't see any obvious reason why it wouldn't work.TheEndless
I did get an error (debug error like mentioned above) when I opened "My Movies". I can post a screenshot a little later.

Here's the error. I don't know if it is specifically due to the Blockbuster app install, but this is the first time I've been getting it. THanks for making this app...it's gonna be great! Let me know if you do need any specific testing!

TheEndless:Ohh.. you're getting an error with the "My Movies" app. I thought you meant viewing your Queue in My Blockbuster. I can't think of any reason My Blockbuster would have any effect at all on My Movies. I run both fine together on my MCE 2005 box. Have you tried reinstalling/repairing My Movies to see if it fixes the problem?TheEndless
Can't wait to get it working. Sounds like a great app!
Unfortunately, I am having a problem with it. I've got it installed and can access it from the 'More Programs' menu. However, it sits on the 'Queue' screen, with the indicator spinning indefinitely (I've let it set for 15 minutes). Thats all I get. I've tried uninstalling, and installing it, also I have verified my login info is correct.
I've got .Net 1.1, and 2.0 installed. Do I need any other version? Or is there a place I can look for an error log?

That sounds like a javascript error. If possible, could you browse to "C:\Program Files\Permanence Designs\My Blockbuster", then double-click the "default.htm" page. Accept the warnings that IE prompts you with. At the bottom of the browser window, there will probably be a javascript warning/error icon in the lower left corner. Double-click that and let me know what the error is (you may need to click a "Details" button).
Thanks,
TheEndless
