I would like to use the: "Media Centre Video Phone" (http://vistamcvideophone.oabsoftware.nl/) program to phone friends. However I am not sure where to get a SIP account (preferably free).

 "Media Centre Video Phone" recomends SIPphone.com, however this site has stopped accepting new users and I was wondering if anyone know of any other sites?

Please note that: "Media Centre Video Phone" uses the H.263 codec for video adn the G.711 codec for audio.
