This is pretty good, they should mention the following though:

1.  Upgrade ATI Tuners to latest firmware
2.  Ensure all Windows Updates are applied and up to date
3.  Disable Firewall for Local Area Connection 1 + 2 <ATI Tuners>
4.  Using the Device Network page to check for pairing info, and Conditional Access page
