shadymg:glad to hear it's fixed!I'm not familiar with .MKV...but there has to be a standalone codec to avoid having to use the "packs"

Not sure if it's the newest version but, what you need to play these files back is Matroska Splitter, with out the junk of the codec packs. Also a little reg hack to make the files show up in the video library.
