Vista Ultimate MCE Parental Control False Readings
I have a problem that I can't figure out how to resolve. Vista MCE works fine and I have parental controls for TV and DVD. For TV, I have it set for PG13. When my kids are watching cartoons, the blue Parental Control Block screen comes up saying the cartoon is rated R. Sometimes the screen disappears on its own after a few seconds, sometimes I need to enter my 4 digit code. The problems happens on different channels and I can't find a pattern of what show it happens to it more. Sometimes the blue screen comes up in the middle of the show and says the show is unrated, when the guide says the show is rated G. My question is, what is the trigger for the parental controls (tuner, tuner driver, MCE guide, etc)? Anyone know how to fix this? I have all updates installed and I have even tried a re-install. The problem does go away if I disable Parental Controls. But I don't want to make that an option. Any ideas? Thank you.
