worked once I got to step 4.  I can't believe how hard this information was to find. Thanks for the info Sperhed!!!!!!!

I've tried everything in this thread, and everything at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972496 and nothing has worked; the netflix tile will not show up.

I am running Vista Ultimate (64 bit), and do not have a tuner cared installed, so it will not let me setup my TV...could this be the problem?

Any known workaround?

It shows up in add/remove programs list, but the netflix tile still does not show up in media center.
