Re: How to backup recorded TV Schedule?
The recording schedule is maintained in a file called recordings.xml. All you need to do is search for the file, save a copy and then replace the file with the copy on your new build. This only works on Vista and earlier versions of media center. Windows 7 uses a new format and I'm not aware of any way to restore an older version to Windows 7.

Re: How to backup recorded TV Schedule?
If memory serves me correctly TV Pack relies on the same recorded TV backend as Windows 7, so it is unlikely that this will work.

Re: How to backup recorded TV Schedule?
TV Pack and later store the schedule in a database. I have not read of any reliable way to backup/restore the database yet. Am hoping that MS (or someone) comes up with a migration facility to convert data from the old xml file format to the new database format.
