Netflix Instant Queue different from website

A week ago I signed up for a free trial from netflix, it was working beautifully on my PC and media center.  Any items i added to my queue through the webpage would show up in my MC instant queue.  I had no issues installing it or silverlight.

My instant queue has 16 movies in it on the website, but as of two days ago my media center only displays the first 4 (it used to display all 16).  I tried to "jog it's memory" by adding or removing through the website and nothing happened, still the first 4 movies only.  I went through the media center and removed Heroes season 1, and it gave me an internet connection error but still deleted it...along with season 2 as well!  I tried to search for Heroes season 2 and Heroes season 3, and it wouldn't locate them under the search feature like it used to in the past.

So now I only have 2 movies in my instant queue, but I can still play movies and stuff if I scroll through the lists and hit play.  Everything still seems to work fine, and the "recently watched" list still updates as I watch new movies from the website.

I uninstalled the netflix extender through add/remove programs, along with silverlight and re-installed them, the issue remains.

Then, I tried it on another PC with Vista 64 bit (the media center is Vista 32 bit)...and on a completely seperate computer I am having the same queue issues.  I went into work today, and did it on this computer (also Vista 64 bit) and the queue is still screwed up here.

Called netflix, they said they don't support the media center plugin and that I need to call microsoft.  I expressed that the issue followed me no matter which computer I used, but they still said to call microsoft.

    Help!  :(

Update:  the Recently Watched no longer works, says I have an internet connection issue when I go to that header, but all the other headers work fine (Science Fiction, Romance, etc.) and movies still play fine.

More Updates:  I signed up for a second account, just to see what happens.  On this second netflix account, when I go to the instant queue, I get this error:

"there was a problem retrieving data.  verify your internet connection is working and try again."

The DVD queue works fine, and I added movies from the website and they appeared instantly in that queue.

It appears even though the problem is following me from PC to PC, it's not restricted to just my account.

Even more updates:  I installed the myNetflix plugin, the "instant queue" works fine here.

I can confirm the issue listed above. The issue manifested exactly as indicated above on the same dates as listed.

I have 3 Vista Media Centers that this issue occurred on at the same time.

I also called Netflix and they indicated I would need to speak to Microsoft. I cannot see this as a MS issue and was a little frustrated that they did not seem to want to take notes and test the issue.

I will check Netflix app tonight to see if I am having the same problem.

Very strange...wonder what caused it to go goofy for a few days.

Same exact issue here- I haven't checked today to see if it resolved itself, but I will when I get a chance. Strange.

I'm having this problem as of now and yesterday. Very frustrating cause i know it worked before. I got the same run around with Netflix. Just wondering if you guys could try this and see if it is a problem with you also...
