VMC and ATI Catalyst 9.6, fullscreen weirdness.
I just went from ATI Catalyst drivers 9.4 to 9.6 (Vista x64 ATI 4850) and now when I enter or exit fullscreen I loose HDMI sync. ie, the screen goes blank as if it lost signal then several seconds go by and it reappears as if I were changing resolution. Before, with 9.4 if I entered or exited fullscreen it'd just flash briefly and enter fullscreen. My desktop resolution is 1920x1080 just like VMC fullscreen...
EDIT: Figured out my problem, I had CCC set to 'use alternate DVI mode' which for some reason was causing that, dunno why I had that checkbox checked.
Thanks,
Sam
