Re:H.264 MTS files from a HD camcorder

Any help would be appreciated.
I have CoreAVC installed with hardware decoding the picture is sharp fast and crisp (unlike when in software mode) though the image flickers like  mad with any movement in the video it's as if two frames are being shown at the same time.

I have tried using HDPack, Radlight file manager and Graphedit :-

DIVX H.264 this gives poor quality with deinterlacing and audio sync problems.

Cyberlink PDVD9 crashes Randomly

Elecard Great picture though has 100% CPU (AMD Phenom II X2 550 3.1ghz)  usage therefore has problems with receiving commands (using this at the moment).

I have onboard ATI 3100 so can use AVIVO but I can’t get it to work in VMC for H.264.

What I would like is.

To use hardware H.264 based encoding with AVIVO
Or
Have CoreAVC not to Flicker when set to hardware
Or
Not have Elecard run at 100%
 
any ideas ?
