I recently updated my Vista (x64) Media Center to support the 2008 TVPack, allowing QAM channel tuning. Is there any way to directly tune a QAM channel using the MediaCenter remote control? (mine is labeled "RC6" on the back of the remote). If my local ABC affiliate is Channel 7, then ABC in HD is identified as CH "7.1". Punching "07" into the remote gets me to the analog channel, but I an not sure if there is a way to directly tune the HD channel.
Thanks!
p.s., I have the Hauppauge HVR-1800 tuner
The * button is the decimal point. So to enter 7.1 you type 7*1.
Thanks, that works!
Is there a guide somewhere that defines the remote functions? For instance I by chance discovered the "OK" button functioned as "previous channel" when watching Live TV.

Not that I know of. There're some funky stuff you can do with the skip buttons. If you normally press the skip button 7 times to skip through a bunch of commercials, you can just press 7 skip and it will act like you pressed the button 7 times.
Also the Play button. If you press 15 Play while a program is playing, it will go directly to 15 minutes into the program.
