Internet TV shows up but when I click on it it says Invalid Application unable to launch "".. Yes it has the quotes, But sometimes is says http:\\mceondemand.microsoft.com and a bunch of other stuff.

It was working when I first got this computer but then stopped working. I tried a lot of stuff that I have found here and on other sites.. the mceupdate from cmd prompt, download from within media center. I even tried copying the ehome files from a different computer, but because this is a 32 bit machine and the other a 64 bit machine, it was not compatible.

If anyone has any ideas that could help, or if there is a way to re-install just that application, it would really help.

    Thank you.

For anyone looking for something to try and fix the problem, this is what I did
I moved the ehome folder from "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft" to the desktop and then started WMC. This gave me the WMC stopped responding error. Then I move the ehome folder back into "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft". Started up WMC again and the Internet TV function started working again. I think it reset it somehow... I hope this helps some poeple as I know I have been frustrated by this for a long time...

Well it stopped working again and I tried the same thing and it didn't work this time... I'm back at invalid application unable to launch" ".. getting really bothered that other people have had this issue, but there has not really been an actual fix. Maybe its just some machines...

I have the same problem and it is driving me nuts. I can still view a few videos sometimes if I "RUN SETUP AGAIN" in settings, but I would love to find a solution.
