I have been trying to get DVR-MS ripped DVD files to play on my extender in DVD Library.

I have single vob files ripped and then converted with VideoRedo.

I can get them to show up just not play.  I can see and play them in the Video Library but not the DVD Library. Has any one gotten this to work? If so what is the trick.  I prefer the DVD Library just because the full cover and summary of the film is on the selection screen.

You might have better luck with MediaBrowser.
I have about 66 (and growing) DVD's ripped with DVD Decrypter and converted to DVR-MS with VideoReDo. I created a "DVD" folder on a separate drive and put them all there.

MediaBrowser adds nice cover and poster art as well as faultless playback with FF/RW. I did end up with this because I was unhappy with DVD Library.

    Take a look here: http://www.vistax64.com/media-center/222513-best-video-plugin-ever.html

Put them all in one directory and add it to the list of Recorded TV directories. If you have the metadata set right they will show up correctly. The downside to this is that they also show up in Recorded TV. Luckily this works better in 7.
Ben How good can it be, if it isn't HD? Engadget HD
