dgaustThat won't work unless the media center PC sends a magic packet to the WHS.To do that, I built a media centre application called WOLPacket, it'll wake up your WHS whenever media centre starts or you select the WOLPacket tile in the menu.As it's an MCPL application it can only be installed on Vista or Win7 machines.
Nice, I created something similar for my own usage but it's good to have a solution with an installer for people to use.

bjdrawAnother thing to keep in mind is that if you use a 360 as an Extender it will wake up your Media Center.
But only on the second MCX connection attempt, well it always does that for me in Vista. Wonder if it's any better with Win7 ?
