Seriously, MS.  Why can't you integrate these services into MCE just like you've done on the Xbox?  This way I can give your company more of my money everyday.  It's right here in my pocket, with your name on it. Come and get it.

Its doable manually, but i would love a nice UI like the metro-ish uis they did for the 360 for sure. Here's hoping that MS will publish the zune experience for other devices as well. Wouldn't mind being able to play zune content on a Roku or BD/ DVD player as well.

 I would probably rent at least 10 new release movies a year if it was right inside my Media Center.  Just sayin' MS, just sayin'.

Definetly, I have never used Zune before until I got myself a Phone 7, and it struck me instantly how similar this was with media center. I mean, polish Zune a bit and it can just was easily replace media center. PLus you get the buy/rent capabilities that MCE severely lack.

Hmmm......I do not know if this is old news or not, but I can now play my Zune purchased TV shows in WMC (what appears to be natively)! Here's the background story (*EDIT: I CANNOT get the Zune Streaming files to play. It was the device wmv and the Computer wmv's that I was seeing not the streaming mbr files): A few months ago I tried to play Zune purchased TV shows in Media Center = no go. I had to resort to MediaBrowser/ external player. Since then my HTPC died and was just replaced a few weeks ago. With my new HTPC I decided to go 'purist' on it (as pure as possible so an idot could use my HTPC). I discovered Mikinho's awesome "Open With" ( http://mikinho.com/wmc/open-with/ ) for all my Zune shows. Without even thinking twice I never tried to play a Zune wmv before installing Open With because I assumed that it wouldn't play (I now wish I would've). Open With worked great. But I want all my TV Shows to be under "TV Shows" in Media Center (purist) and then I discovered "tv Library" ( http://play.mediacentersandbox.com/forums/t/89845.aspx ). I noticed that my WMV's were not opening nor playing in Zune! They were just natively playing in WMC. I'm going to remove Open With and see if this all still works. Now I can purchase shows through Amazon and Zune and have hem all play inside Media Center...Media Center Zen gets closer to reality... Next up....being able to purchase these shows inside of WMC.
